1. Introduction
Welcome to Millionfixes Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our IT support services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

"MILLIONFIXES SOLUTIONS" MILLIONFIXES SOLUTIONS means MillionFixes Solutions LLC and/or any of its affiliates, wherever applicable.

"MILLIONFIXES SOLUTIONS CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN/(S)" "MillionFixes Solutions Certified Technician" means technicians and specialists certified by MillionFixes Solutions to perform the Services under this Agreement.

"PLANS" "Plans" or "Subscription/(s)" are tenured Subscription plans offered by MillionFixes Solutions that are active for a specified period and will include any incident-based plans such as "Per Incident Plan" or the like.

"MATERIALS" "Materials" means any webcasts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the MillionFixes Solutions Portal and are the proprietary and copyrighted work of MillionFixes Solutions and/or its suppliers. The definition of "Materials" does not include the design or layout of the millionfixes.com website or any other MillionFixes Solutions owned, operated, licensed, or controlled website.

"SOFTWARE" "Software" means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by MillionFixes Solutions or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery methods, including client and/or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both MillionFixes Solutions Software and third-party Software. Your use of Software is subject to the respective agreements such as a license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that apply ("License Terms").

2. Services Provided
We provide IT support services, including but not limited to troubleshooting, software installation, system maintenance, and cybersecurity consulting. Our services may be modified or updated at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Use our services lawfully and refrain from unauthorized activities, such as hacking or spreading malware.
• Not engage in any behavior that disrupts or harms our services or other users.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees for our services are outlined on our website or as agreed upon in a separate contract.
• Payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed. MillionFixes Solutions is authorize to charge and/or place a hold on the credit card provided with respect to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment. All transactions are processed in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations, ensuring the security and confidentiality of your financial information.
• Refunds are provided only in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction.
• For plans, a full refund will be issued if MillionFixes Solutions has not been able to resolve even a single issue for the customer within the first 30 days of the subscription. If there are one or more issues resolved within the first 30 days, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. However, after 30 days of purchase of the Plan, no refund shall be made by MillionFixes Solutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event shall MillionFixes Solutions be liable to you in excess of the amounts actually paid by you to MillionFixes Solutions under the Plan Order that is the subject of the dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and services remain our property or the property of our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal (EU).
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

8. Fair Usage Policy: Suspension or Termination of Subscription
MillionFixes Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Subscription Services of any Subscriber that MillionFixes Solutions, in its sole discretion, determines are being used (a) fraudulently, (b) by any person other than the Subscriber, or (c) for any computer system other than a Registered System.

9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
