These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services purchased from Million Fixes, Sociedade Unipessoal LDA, a Portuguese company, or from our U.S.-based affiliates, including but not limited to Break Front LLC. They govern card-not-present (CNP) and Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO) transactions and comply with applicable card brand and payment processor rules.
Transactions may be processed in Portugal or the United States and may be classified as cross-border by your issuing bank. Your bank may apply international processing fees and may require additional cardholder verification (e.g., 3D Secure, verification codes, phone confirmation).
The name on your bank or card statement may appear under different merchant names, including but not limited to: BFSUPPORT, PAY-YOUR-FIXSUPPORT, MILLIONFIXES, MFSUPPORT, ALTIMEFIX, MILLIONFIX, BREKFRONTLLC, BREKFRONTSUPPORT. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these possible variations.
Services are delivered digitally and/or remotely, often beginning immediately after payment confirmation. This constitutes service fulfillment under card network rules.
You agree to contact our support team at support@millionfixes.com before initiating a chargeback, so we may resolve your concern promptly.
Your acceptance of these Terms is recorded with your IP address, device information, and date/time stamp, which may be used as evidence in any dispute.

Full refund if no technical issue is resolved within 30 days; non-refundable if at least one issue is resolved in that time. No refunds after 30 days.
Liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the disputed order.
Governed by the laws of Portugal; disputes resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
By providing your payment information, you: (a) confirm you are the rightful cardholder or an authorized user; (b) authorize Million Fixes, Sociedade Unipessoal LDA or its affiliates (including U.S.-based entities such as Break Front LLC) to process your payment; (c) acknowledge that transactions may be processed internationally and may appear under alternate merchant descriptors; and (d) consent to secure storage of your payment method for authorized future charges, in compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and applicable card brand rules.
